Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Draft, review, and negotiate complex financial documents, including loan agreements, security documents, trust deeds, and debenture documentation.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough investigations on borrowers and collateral structures for credit transactions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert advice on banking regulations, compliance matters, and NBFC issues.
  • Transaction Support: Assist with syndicated lending, structured finance transactions, and external commercial borrowings (ECBs).
  • Negotiation Skills: Engage in high-stakes negotiations with financial institutions, banks, and corporate clients.
  • Expert Guidance: Offer strategic advice on RBI regulations, financial restructuring, securitization, and insolvency proceedings.
Candidate Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience working in law firms, banks, or NBFCs.
  • Exceptional Skills: Strong understanding of banking laws, credit structuring, and financial documentation.
  • Advantageous Experience: Exposure to corporate finance, project finance, debt capital markets, and structured lending transactions is beneficial.
  • Key Qualities: Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
