Job Title: Frontend Master Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned senior frontend developer to lead our frontend development team. As a key member of the tech lead, you will oversee the evolution of our existing web application and guide junior engineers in implementing high-quality, modular designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership & Execution
    • Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable UI features.
    • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and product managers to deliver cohesive and functional features.
  • Team Mentorship & Code Quality
    • Guide and support junior and mid-level developers through mentorship and code reviews.
    • Establish and enforce coding standards, modular design practices, and component reuse.
  • Frontend Development & Integration
    • Develop responsive, maintainable UIs using React.js, Vue.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
    • Work with modern state management libraries (Redux, Pinia, Vuex, Zustand, etc.).
    • Build and maintain shared component libraries and internal design systems.
  • Performance, Accessibility, and Testing
    • Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
    • Implement and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, Cypress, etc.).

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in frontend development with expertise in React, Vue, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Proficient in component-based architecture, UI/UX best practices, and scalable CSS.
  • Deep experience integrating frontend with REST and GraphQL APIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Full stack experience with Node.js, Express, or serverless backend environments.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

A successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
