As a leading Indian manufacturer and exporter of authentic Ayurvedic hair care products, we've built a strong brand recall and distribution network across 20 countries.

We're seeking an Influencer & Retention Marketing Executive to join our team in Thane. This full-time role involves developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and collaborate with influencers (paid and barter) to create engaging content.
  • Understand influencers' niches and create first drafts of scripts for review.
  • Coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers.
  • Prepare reports as per requirement and share ideas on snippets/ad creation.
  • Coordinating with Finance team for advance payments and final payments for timely release of payments.

Retention Marketing:

  • Develop WhatsApp Marketing/Utility Templates and submit them for approval on Meta.
  • Create broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, and regional festivals.
  • Design data sets and refine them for campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Experience in influencer marketing and social media marketing, specifically with YouTube influencers.
  • Sales support and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Thane.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Previous experience in FMCG or beauty industry is advantageous.
