**Job Overview:**
The Gandhi Institute of Technology Management, a renowned institution in the realm of innovation and entrepreneurship, seeks an exceptional individual to join its Venture Development Centre as an Venture Coach. This role is designed for experienced professionals who have a passion for supporting early-stage ventures in their growth trajectory. The selected candidate will work closely with these startups, providing expert guidance on prototype development, refining business models, and fostering a culture of innovation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Mentor and coach early-stage entrepreneurs through ideation, product development, and go-to-market strategies, cultivating a growth-oriented mindset.
- Collaborate with startups to design and develop prototypes, offering practical support and insights to validate concepts and enhance product-market fit.
- Develop and facilitate training sessions and workshops on key entrepreneurial skills, such as business planning, financial management, and customer acquisition.
- Forge strategic partnerships with ecosystem players, investors, and industry experts to create opportunities for startups and provide access to a network of resources.
- Support the growth of the Venture Development Centre by creating a dynamic, collaborative environment that fosters innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Evaluate startup progress, offering constructive feedback and actionable steps for improvement.
**Required Qualifications & Skills:**
A degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field (an MBA or additional entrepreneurship certifications are highly valued).
2-8 years of experience in a startup, incubation center, or venture development role, with hands-on experience guiding or coaching startups.
A deep understanding of prototyping, business model design, and venture growth strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
**Estimated Salary Range:** ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
