Senior Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable, reliable backend systems using Golang.

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale backend systems in Golang.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software features and services.
  • Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize system performance.
  • Ensure the highest level of quality and reliability in all code deployments.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and experience with Golang.
  • Proficiency in database management systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and web services.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills

The following skills are desirable:

  • Experience with microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of message queues and event-driven architectures.
  • Understanding of caching strategies and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Google Cloud, BigQuery, Grafana, and SonarQube.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
