Job Summary">

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in aligning IT operations with business objectives while continuously improving processes onsite.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results and move with speed, making every digital moment more secure for everyone.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Ticket handling and troubleshooting
  • Workstation and mobile device lifecycle management, license management etc.
  • Documentation (KB articles, change tickets)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or Service Desk operations experience with a proactive approach to working with people and collaborating across cross-functional, multicultural teams.
  • You work systematically, prioritize effectively, and are comfortable managing multiple IT tickets and tasks.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) as that is our organizational language.
  • Proficiency with Jira and ticket management systems.
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with O365, Entra, and Intune.
  • Windows OS experience.
