**Job Title:** Manager, Product Management

About the Role

This is a high-impact position that will lead the successful roll-out of Mastercard Cross Border Services (XBS) within the AP region. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with key customers and strategic partners across AP.

Main Responsibilities
  • Product Go-to-Market: Develop and execute product go-to-market strategies to drive commercialization of XBS services.
  • Legal/Regulatory Readiness: Ensure legal and regulatory readiness for the roll-out of XBS services in the AP region.
  • Country Wise Commercialization Strategy: Develop country-wise commercialization strategies to support the roll-out of XBS services.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide sales enablement through content, training, and other means to support the roll-out of XBS services.
  • GTM Plan Development: Develop GTM plans for distribution via bank, MTO, and digital channels.
  • Pricing Benchmarking and Margin Management: Conduct pricing benchmarking and margin management for these channels.
  • Deal-Structuring: Identify and structure deals with key distribution partners.
  • Key Use Cases/Flows: Identify key use cases/flows based on consumer insights and evolve XBS value proposition to capture these flows.
  • Execution Readiness: Ensure execution readiness for sale, deployment, and operation of XBS solutions in AP.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrated business acumen with ability to provide solutions that drive positive results for customers and Mastercard.
  • Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Proven cross-functional team leadership experience managing multiple, complex projects concurrently and delivering timely results under tight timelines.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge and experience within the cross-border payments industry.
  • Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility; team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.
  • Communication Skills: Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management and business partners.
