Sales and Marketing Professional Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team in managing leads, processing orders, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team in generating leads and building a strong sales pipeline.
  • Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and preparing quotations or proposals.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns including emailers, digital posts, and event promotions.
  • Help organize exhibitions, roadshows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Maintain CRM database and ensure timely logging of customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with design and content team to develop product brochures, banners, and videos.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends and prepare basic reports.
  • Assist in creating presentations and product documentation for customer meetings.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business; MBA preferred.
  • 2-3 years In Sales Support & Marketing (preferably in solar, electronics, or renewable energy sector).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with English & Hindi & Regional.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
