
Digital Campaign Manager

We are seeking a Digital Campaign Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube. They will be responsible for planning, setting up, and executing campaigns that drive business results.
In this role, you'll analyse campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimisation strategies to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
- Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
- Track daily budgets and adjust for maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.
- Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
- Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
- Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
