Education Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Education Consultant. This position requires an expert in guiding prospective students through our institution's various undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed information to prospective students about our UG & PG courses.
  • Advise students on program selection and the admission process, ensuring seamless transitions from inquiry to enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily interactions with prospective students.
  • Conduct follow-up communication via calls, emails, and online chat platforms to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback regularly to refine services.
  • Effectively manage assigned leads from various sources, applying a customer-centric approach to every interaction.
