Transaction Risk Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Monitoring/AML Analyst to fill this critical role. This position involves analyzing complex financial data to identify potential sanctions screening matches and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen individuals and entities against global sanction lists issued by OFAC, EU, UN, and other international agencies.
- Review high-risk scenarios and identify potential sanctions screening matches.
- Analyze alerts to identify close match/exact match hits based on name/country/address combination.
- Collaborate with AML Investigations units and effectively communicate and transfer information for case investigations.
Requirements:
- Experience in compliance or related field.
- Familiarity with internal systems and processes or similar processes at other institutions.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data.
