Key Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Financial Accounting Consultant specializing in SAP FI/RE-FX. This role is centered around lease-in and lease-out processes with a focus on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS16) compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on expertise in SAP FI / RE-FX, focusing on IFRS16 compliance for lease-in and lease-out processes.
  • Conduct thorough business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solutioning to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders through discussions and presentations to drive business objectives forward.
  • Design and configure SAP solutions that cater to business requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including Business Process Documents, Key Data Structures, Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and Training Materials.
  • Implement Real Estate Lease-in contracts aligned with IFRS16, German GAAP (HGB), and local valuation principles.
  • Oversee Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Data Migration activities to ensure seamless system integration.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with SAP FI/RE-FX, particularly in IFRS16 compliance for lease-in and lease-out transactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively gather business requirements and identify solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to design and implement customized SAP configurations tailored to specific business needs.
  • Proficiency in developing comprehensive documentation for user manuals and training materials.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS16, HGB, and local accounting standards to ensure accurate contract implementation.
  • Experience with Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Data Migration to guarantee efficient system integration.
