Lead Quality Expert Wanted

We are seeking a seasoned quality professional with extensive experience in supplier management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable quality improvements and leading audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement supplier quality strategies, policies, and risk management processes to drive quality improvements.
  • Conduct supplier qualification, selection, and approval in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead audits, assessments, and performance reviews to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supplier-related issues and improve overall quality.
  • Monitor supplier KPIs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Support new product development by ensuring supplier capability for components and services.
  • Manage change control processes and evaluate the impact on product quality and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in supplier quality assurance, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Strong expertise in supplier quality management, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.
  • Proficiency in risk management, root cause analysis, CAPA, Six Sigma, and Lean methodologies.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
