Drive Business Growth as a Strategic Legal Partner

As we scale across cities and innovate with new offerings, we are seeking an experienced legal professional to collaborate with business, operations, and regulatory teams.

The role will focus on ensuring continued speed, compliance, and integrity in a highly dynamic regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise business units on laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
  • Support policy and regulatory engagement.
  • Manage consumer litigation and regulatory disputes.
  • Ensure compliance with impacting laws.
  • Partner with operations teams to embed compliance-by-design.
  • Identify and mitigate legal risks in new business initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide legal team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • LL.B. (LL.M. preferred) with 12–16 years PQE, ideally with experience in regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record in commercial contracts and regulatory engagement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth platform environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
