Job Title: User Experience Researcher

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and evaluate primary, secondary, qualitative, and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
  • Develop and implement effective research methodologies, including user interviews, usability tests, and qualitative and quantitative domain research focused on digital products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the mobile and web space to ensure that our products meet the evolving needs of our users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings inform product development and strategy.
Requirements:
  • Specialization in UX research or related background.
  • Industry experience in planning and conducting user interviews, usability testing, competition analysis, UX audits, or persona creation.
  • Minimum 6 months of full-time experience (strong and relevant internship experience in UX research can also be considered).
