Finance Professional Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Professional to join our team as a Finance Specialist. This role involves working with the Shared Services Finance team to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information for both internal and external customers globally.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Completing customer billings, completing assigned month-end financial close duties, and providing Billing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable support as assigned
  • Acting as primary Billing and Collections Accounts Receivable point of contact for working portfolio assigned
  • Identifying inconsistencies and errors in data, complete Journal Entries, GL Account reconciliations, and Accruals
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years experience on an Accounts Payable, Receivable or Billing team is required
  • Continuous Improvement training experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience working remotely is required
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with NetSuite is preferred
  • Good Time management skills
  • Ability to handle and maintain information that is sensitive and confidential
