Women Ethnic Clothing Store Manager Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring sales goals are met and tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service are completed efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily business operations to achieve sales targets, drive revenue growth, and maintain a positive store image
  • Direct employees in daily tasks such as customer service, inventory management, cash reconciliation, and in-store marketing initiatives
  • Assign duties to relevant team members, foster a collaborative environment, and promote employee development
  • Conduct new employee hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring seamless integration into the team
  • Maintain adherence to health and safety regulations, minimize risks, and ensure a safe working environment
  • Monitor and manage store inventory levels, optimize stock allocation, and reduce waste
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail and retail management, with a proven ability to train employees and excel as a salesperson
  • Strong customer service, management, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers alike
