Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize resource allocation.
    • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with delivery, sales, HR, and other teams to support cross-functional initiatives.
  • Accounting & Compliance:
    • Ensure day-to-day accounting operations are managed efficiently, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
    • Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities, including accruals and monthly analysis on actuals vs provisions.
    • Comply with tax regulations and financial reporting standards in India, US, and Canada.
  • Cash Flow & Risk Management:
    • Monitor cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
    • Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational objectives.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
    • Collaborate with practice heads to align financial goals with business objectives.
