We are seeking an experienced Workday Adaptive Planning Consultant to assist organizations in streamlining their financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning and a strong understanding of finance, accounting, and FP&A functions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Workday Adaptive Planning for clients or internal teams.
  • Configure financial models, planning sheets, dashboards, and reporting templates based on business requirements.
  • Optimize Workday Adaptive Planning's data integrations, security, and workflow automation.
  • Design and configure assumptions, drivers, scenarios, allocations, and rolling forecasts.

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting :

  • Work closely with FP&A teams to develop budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning models.
  • Assist in creating detailed what-if scenario modeling and variance analysis to support business strategy.
  • Configure and optimize expense planning, workforce planning, revenue planning, and capital planning models.

Data Integration & Management :

  • Integrate Workday Adaptive Planning with ERP (Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), HCM, CRM (Salesforce), and other financial systems.
  • Utilize Workday Integration Framework, Workday Prism Analytics, APIs, and data connectors for seamless data exchange.
  • Ensure data accuracy, validation, and governance within Workday Adaptive Planning.

Reporting & Dashboards :

  • Build interactive dashboards, management reports, and KPIs to provide real-time financial insights.
  • Develop customized reports using Workday Adaptive OfficeConnect, Discovery Boards, and Sheets.
  • Support variance analysis, trend analysis, and board-level reporting.
