Financial Planning and Analysis Leader Role

Our organization is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for multiple regions.

• Develop annual budgets and long-range plans.
• Prepare and analyze financial results and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with department heads to drive operational efficiency.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards.
• Enhance FP&A processes and tools.
• Mentor and manage the team.

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans that align with business objectives.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making through accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Business Partnering: Foster strong relationships with department heads to understand business needs and track performance.
• Variance Analysis: Identify drivers of variance and recommend corrective actions to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Executive Reporting: Deliver high-quality presentations and dashboards to support executive reviews and board meetings.
• Process Improvement: Enhance FP&A processes and tools to increase forecasting accuracy, automation, and efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the team to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Master's degree in finance or a related field with 20 years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business process mapping with ERP/accounting software experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects is a plus.
