We are seeking a highly skilled Research Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and analysis, with the ability to effectively support senior leadership in sourcing exceptional candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide comprehensive research and analysis to support senior leadership in identifying top talent.
- To develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing and evaluating potential candidates.
- To conduct thorough research on industry trends, key players, and potential talent pools.
- To evaluate resumes and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability.
- To manage databases and ensure accurate records of candidates and market information.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in research and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
