We are seeking a skilled therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy sessions for clients in Kanpur. This freelance role requires flexibility and adaptability, with mutual agreement on session timings based on your availability and the family's needs.

Job Overview:

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of disabled children and young adults. As an occupational therapist, you will work closely with families to understand their unique needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct 1:1 occupational therapy sessions at client homes
  • Evaluate clients' functional abilities and create tailored treatment goals
  • Design engaging activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and share updates with our team
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in client care, as needed
  • Communicate effectively with families and provide guidance on implementing therapy strategies at home
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (AIOTA certification required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently in home environments
Selection Process:

Candidates may be invited to conduct a demo session at the client's home, paid by us directly.

Other Details:

Session frequency and schedule will be discussed at the time of assignment, with all sessions coordinated through us.
