Remittance Workflow Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Remittance Workflow Specialist to lead our team's remittance-related initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for defining payment and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end remittance flow analysis and support integration with correspondent banks and payment aggregators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and Data Flow Diagrams
  • Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements
  • Validate product features through testing

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Remittance Workflow Analyst in banking or fintech domains
  • Strong understanding of domestic and cross-border remittance processes
  • Familiarity with compliance topics like AML screening and KYC
  • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and SQL
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
