Aspiring Design Professional

The Junior Architect will play a pivotal role in attending key project meetings, fostering open communication and coordination with client teams, representatives, and engineers as directed by the project manager and seniors.
Key responsibilities include analyzing architectural designs and plans, crafting building sections, elevation options, schedules, and other design documents required for each phase of a project.
They will contribute to concept development, furniture design, finishing details with detailed drawings for show and sample flats by developing presentation boards in consultation with seniors.
The Junior Architect will facilitate effective interfaces between the Engineering team and the Project Management team, ensuring seamless transfer of information between the two.
They will assist in research and coordination of materials and products as per project's specifications and requirements.
Essential Requirements:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- A creative individual with a keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Imaginative and able to think and create in three dimensions
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite
