Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual financial forecasts and build comprehensive models.
  • Monitor performance versus plan and implement course corrections.
  • Publish regular management information systems (MIS) and dashboards for leadership, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze revenue data and conduct deep insights.
  • Perform periodic data reconciliation between internal and insurer data, and collaborate with insurers and sales teams to address revenue gaps.
  • Analyze cost metrics and monitor key performance indicators, implementing measures to control leakages.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and support metrics reporting for relevant processes.
  • Participate in projects aimed at automating operational processes for efficiency gains.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data gathering and manipulation.
  • Ability to develop strong partnerships with business leaders, influencing and persuading effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, curiosity, agility, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation expertise.
  • Deep expertise in Excel, Google Spreadsheet, presentations, and financial models.
  • Prior experience in business-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
