**Job Overview:**

Momentive is seeking an experienced Cash Application Manager to join our team. As a key member of the GFS Accounting department, you will be responsible for daily cash application and month/quarter/year-end closing process.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of accounts receivable processes, with a focus on cash processing. You will work closely with all stakeholders, including financial supervisors, credit and collection teams, and treasury departments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Post and record customer payments received from multiple lockboxes/bank accounts, including checks, ACHs, wires, and credit cards.
  • Properly identify customer's remittance and post payments to the correct account by invoice.
  • Reconcile intercompany loan transactions and analyze complex entries.
  • Review and record daily cash posting, ensuring timely and accurate BlackLine reconciliations.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in cash application and accounting.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable processes and cash processing.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
