Job Overview:

The Medical Writer will be responsible for authoring and performing QC/review of safety documents.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain quality and timeliness in safety documents while ensuring compliance with internal/client SOPs and regulations.
  • End-to-end authoring of complex deliverables including periodic aggregate reports, regulatory and safety reports, and facilitating review and approval processes.
  • Perform review to validate accuracy and relevance of data presented against source data or references used in the document.
  • QC review of documents including data discrepancy/inaccuracy, misinterpretation of data, and grammatical errors.
  • Assist junior writers with incorporation of review comments, tracking, and communication.
  • Review formatting per client-specific style guide and format PDF documents in Adobe Acrobat and ISI Toolbox.
  • Responsible for continuous process improvement in the team for developing content.
Requirements:
  • Medical/M.Pharm/Pharm D/Life sciences degree.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in medical writing or equivalent experience in life sciences domain with expertise in End-to-End authoring of periodic aggregate reports.
