Assistant Manager - Wealth and Privy Outbound Calls Specialist
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Wealth/Privy outbound calls to schedule equivalent experience profiles from competitors.
- As a universal phone banking officer, undergo differentiated training to cross-train in cards, liabilities, assets, and sales.
- Measure outcomes such as NPS, Service Level, Service Quality, and Sales.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality communication and customer servicing within laid-down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer "delight" and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete logs specified by the process (End-of-day target) and adhere to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- Stay aware of updates about the process and act on feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on coaching provided to the team for performance improvement.
