DFT Architect Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled DFT Architect Specialist to design and implement advanced digital testing methodologies for our ASIC/SoC products.

Required Skills & Qualifications">

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and integrate digital testing architectures for ASIC/SoC designs, ensuring seamless integration with other design teams.
  • Collaborate with RTL and physical design teams to optimize test coverage and improve overall product quality.
  • Design, implement, and verify scan chains, boundary scan (JTAG), MBIST, LBIST, and other test structures to ensure comprehensive fault coverage.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, including ATPG, fault simulation, and coverage analysis.
  • Participate in the development of test programs and support production testing activities.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficiency in digital testing methodologies and tools, including ATPG and fault simulation software.
  • Experience with scan chain design, JTAG, and BIST.
  • Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design flows and physical design automation tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital testing and DFT.
  • Background in VLSI design and verification.
