About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating visually stunning video assets and content for social media platforms, collaborating with creative directors and design teams, editing video footage, adding effects, and enhancing motion graphics to meet project requirements.

In addition, they will work closely with the content team to collect raw data, including static posts, videos, banner images, cover images, GIFs, UI content, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create captivating visual content that engages audiences and meets client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts, graphics, videos, layouts, templates, rough drafts, final cuts, and case studies.
  • Edit video footage, add effects, and enhance motion graphics to ensure high-quality results.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Develop comprehensive understanding of global design trends and best practices to maximize efficiency and planning concepts.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required.
  • Prior experience with and a strong portfolio of motion graphics work are necessary.
  • A keen eye for design and aesthetics is essential.
  • Offline drawing, sketching, and transferring skills into digital formats are an advantage.
  • Ability to continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices.
