As a highly creative Graphic Designer & Motion Specialist, you will push boundaries, think beyond templates, and deliver top-notch design and video content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media & Digital Design

    • Design social media creatives, cover pictures, banners, and ad graphics across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
    • Create unique, out-of-the-box concepts that exceed expectations.
    • Adapt designs to platform-specific formats and sizes.

  • Brand & Web Design

    • Design icons, website banners, infographics, and brand elements that align with the company's visual identity.
    • Support web/UI projects with custom-designed graphics that enhance user experience.
    • Deliver print-ready materials, including flyers, brochures, logos, posters, t-shirts, and corporate identity kits.

  • Motion Graphics & Video Creation

    • Create explainer videos, social media promos, ad creatives, and product demos that engage audiences.
    • Edit raw video footage, apply motion graphics, transitions, and effects to elevate the visual appeal.
    • Use AI-powered video tools to generate engaging video content based on provided scripts and contexts.
    • Apply color correction, audio editing, and sound design to enhance quality.
    • Organize and manage video assets efficiently for quick access.

  • AI & Creative Innovation

    • Leverage AI tools to speed up design and video creation workflows, increasing productivity and efficiency.
    • Stay updated with design, social media, and AI-driven creative trends to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Recommend and adopt new AI-driven tools to improve creative output and drive innovation.

  • Collaboration & Adaptability

    • Respond quickly to urgent client changes, especially during campaign days or festivals.
    • Work closely with the content, social media, and web teams for integrated campaigns that achieve results.
    • Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
