We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to elevate our visual identity across every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate will be the driving force behind our visual direction, working across disciplines to ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece reflects innovation and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build design's influence across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Advocate for design in business conversations and push back when the easy answer isn't the right one.
  • Establish us as a visual leader in the enterprise AI space.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of visual design experience with a portfolio showcasing diverse, high-impact work.
  • Proven track record designing for B2B/enterprise software or technology companies.
  • Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery.
  • Background in both digital and traditional design mediums, as well as video.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design systems.
  • Typography, color theory, and composition expertise.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, or similar design tools.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with emerging design technologies, and an understanding of how AI can help us level up.
  • Background in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
