As a civil engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, collaborating with contractors and architects to resolve design and technical details, managing local contractors to ensure high standards of workmanship, and maintaining accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.

For this position, we require a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, designs, and specifications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.">
  • Resolve minor design and technical details in collaboration with contractors and architects.">
  • Manage and monitor local contractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship.">
  • Maintain accurate records of materials, labour, and progress on site.">
  • Provide daily updates and progress reports to the principal architect and client through charts, emails, and reports.">
  • Stay on-site during the entire construction period, overseeing project execution and resolving on-the-ground issues.">
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and manage site logistics.">
