Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned leader with extensive experience in developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision solutions.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, leading-edge deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch), and cutting-edge NLP tools like Huggingface and SpaCy.

They should have hands-on expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), MLOps, API development (FastAPI), and deployment using Docker/Kubernetes.

This senior-level position will lead cross-functional teams and clients to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Implement Advanced Models
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve the quality and maintainability of the codebase.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior ML engineers and data scientists.
