Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software development using Python and C++. They should also be able to design interactive applications and possess excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Develop and document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
  • Determine and design system specifications, standards, and programming for preparing and installing solutions.
  • Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures.
  • Orient and license software by obtaining required information from vendors and testing and approving products.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment.
  • Participate in educational opportunities and read professional publications.
  • Protect sensitive information by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
  • Achieve engineering and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and investigating problem areas.

Skill Sets

  • Hands-on experience in software development using Python and C++
  • Experience designing interactive applications
  • Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL
  • Experience with test-driven development
  • Proficiency in software engineering tools
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent
