Senior Manager – International Financial Reporting

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our international statutory reporting team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for our global entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements and regulatory filings for assigned entities.
- Oversee the month-end closing process, including postings, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including tax, HR, and compliance, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure their professional development.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in international statutory reporting, with a strong understanding of IFRS and local GAAP.
