Job Title: Azure Databricks Engineer

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design, implement and maintain scalable data architectures on Azure Databricks. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering solutions with business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and maintain scalable data architectures on Azure Databricks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering solutions with business applications
  • Develop and optimize complex ETL processes using Apache Spark and Python
  • Ensure data quality, security and governance in accordance with industry standards
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud-based data engineering and apply best practices to our solutions

Requirements:

  • 5-12 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on cloud-based platforms
  • Proven expertise in Azure Databricks, including its features and capabilities
  • Excellent understanding of big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark and NoSQL databases
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Scala and SQL
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
