Internal Audit Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Audit Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading internal audit activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead internal audit activities, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective risk-based audit plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits to identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of audit findings and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure our processes remain compliant and effective.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of leading internal audit teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
