Network Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves ensuring the seamless operation of complex network systems, leveraging expertise in routing, switching, and wireless technologies. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement scalable networks that meet evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Network Operations

  • Ensure proactive monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure to prevent disruptions and optimize performance.
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.

2. Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vendors, technical support, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on network-related matters to support business growth and innovation.

For this role, we are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in network infrastructure operations. Key qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Routing/Switching/Wireless hardware platforms.
  • Proven expertise in network monitoring/reporting/troubleshooting tools.
  • Strong conceptual knowledge of network routing, switching, wireless, and security.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
