Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy real-world AI solutions that drive business value and enhance our products.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions that integrate with our existing systems.
  • Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data ingestion and preparation to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and optimize secure AI experimentation environments to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
  • Translate proofs-of-concept into working prototypes and production-ready solutions that meet our high standards.
  • Work across various AI/ML approaches, including NLP, RAG, AI Assistants, Agentic Automation, and General Machine Learning Models.
  • Ensure governance compliance and data security are embedded in all AI development and deployment activities.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years' experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or MLOps with a strong hands-on delivery record.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms, such as AWS and Azure, and ML frameworks, like TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Solid experience with data engineering APIs and deploying models into production environments.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset able to work independently in a small agile team.
