**Game Designer Role Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Game Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and immersive game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create clear and concise game design documents outlining game mechanics, pacing, balancing, tutorials, level ramp, and aesthetics.
  • Develop knowledge about prototyping techniques, metrics-driven approach, user feedback analysis, retention strategies, and monetization models.
  • Collaborate with senior designers and other team members to create a fun and unique game experience.
  • Participate in playtesting sessions, gathering and analyzing feedback to improve game performance, features, and mechanics.

Requirements:

  • Strong passion for games with a deep understanding of what makes games engaging and enjoyable.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Game Designer with technical knowledge of game design principles.
  • Proficiency in Unity Engine for level design and MS Excel for game balancing.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop for visual design elements.
  • Understanding of systems, mechanics, and features of game design.
  • Solid knowledge of game balancing, pacing, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
