The successful candidate will be responsible for processing Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims with accuracy and efficiency, while coordinating with teams and clients to ensure timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Life Insurance and Living benefits Claims for Canadian customers.
  • Coordinate with teams and clients to ensure timely processing of transactions.
Requirements
  • Fluent French speaking/writing skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are also required.
  • A minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance/Living Benefits Claims is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be open to working night shifts or rotational shifts as per business requirements.
