Digital Marketing Strategist

About this Digital Marketing Role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to lead our omni-channel CRM strategies and oversee their execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify ROAS positive target segments and communication triggers
- Develop communication strategies to boost new business and enhance customer retention
- Oversee the execution of CRM campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on channels, subject lines, CTAs, content presentation, timing, etc. to improve engagement
- Analyze funnel behavior and monitor campaign performance across channels like emails, SMSs, WhatsApp, RCS, automated calls, etc.
- Manage a team of ~5 people
- Collaborate with stakeholders from business, product management, technology, content, design, and compliance teams
Requirements:
- Postgraduate degree in marketing or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in devising omni-channel CRM strategies
- 3+ years of experience in managing a team of CRM strategists and campaign developers
- Strong understanding of customer behavior and general insurance market trends
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics and MS Excel to derive actionable insights
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Clevertap, etc.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working concurrently on multiple projects and diverse teams
- Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and data visualization tools
