Verification Process Manager

Responsible for overseeing the verification process of complex system-on-chip (SoC) designs.

  • Develops and implements test plans, methodologies, and testbenches to ensure robust and efficient verification of SoC designs.
  • Collaborates with project management and leads to plan tasks, set schedules, and quality checkpoints.
  • Works closely with engineers from design and performance analysis teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality products.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven understanding of digital hardware design principles.
  • Experience in one or more of various verification methodologies – UVM/OVM, formal, power aware verification, emulation.
  • Exposure to all stages of verification: requirements collection, creation of verification methodology plans, test plans, testbench implementation, test case development, documentation, and support.

Nice To Have Skills and Experience:

  • Knowledge of SoC Verification Flow and strategy.
  • Experience with ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures.
About this Role

This role is critical to ensuring the quality and integrity of our SoC designs. As a seasoned verification engineer, you will play a key role in driving the design verification process forward, identifying and mitigating risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital hardware design principles, experience in various verification methodologies, and exposure to all stages of verification.

They will be able to develop and implement effective test plans, collaborate with project management and leads, and work closely with design and performance analysis teams.

In addition, they will have knowledge of SoC Verification Flow and strategy, experience with ARM-based designs and/or ARM System Architectures, and be able to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
