Main Objectives

  • Develop AI-driven products that support ENGIE's carbon-neutral mission.
  • Translate business challenges into actionable AI-based solutions.
  • Mentor and manage a team of AI Engineers.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance of AI systems.
  • Promote digital transformation through AI innovation.
  • Collaborate with global AI teams to adapt existing AI solutions for India.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Development & Technical Leadership

  • Design and build AI models for forecasting, optimization, and predictive maintenance.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI products.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on emerging technologies.

Team Management & Collaboration

  • Lead performance and career development of AI Engineers.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Strategic Planning & Compliance

  • Align AI strategy with ENGIE's digital goals and objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI, Data Science or related field. You bring 15+ years of experience in the energy domain with AI implementation expertise.

Desirable Skills

A strong background in AI, Machine Learning, and analytics is required. Proficiency in Generative AI technologies and frameworks is also essential.
