Automated Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of an Automated Quality Assurance Specialist is pivotal in ensuring the reliability and quality of software applications. This position plays a crucial part in identifying and rectifying defects, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, and PHP.
  • Implement hands-on functional testing experience with applications like Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle Cloud Fusion, and Financials.
  • Analyze existing test automation strategies and processes for improvement.
  • Drive adoption and productivity enhancement through automation.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to define efficient methods for creating test cases.
  • Ensure continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines include automated testing.
  • Empower delivery from offshore by ensuring close coordination.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Lead initiatives for reusability and consistency with industry standard best practices.
  • Mentor and train team members on best practices in test automation.
  • Create detailed documentation for testing strategies and processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in software testing and test automation, with at least 3 years as a Test Lead driving improvements.
  • Essential experience with Selenium testing web, mobile, and APIs.
  • Mobile automation experience using tools like Appium.
  • Proven expertise in designing test automation frameworks using various scriptless automation tools including but not limited to Tosca, Test Complete, Robot Framework.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes.
