Telesales Professional for EdTech Client

We are seeking a skilled Telesales Professional to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or admission counseling, preferably in EdTech or education sales.
The role involves engaging with prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process, and converting leads into successful admissions. If you have a strong sales mindset and excellent communication skills, we'd love to hear from you.
- Making outbound calls to potential students and converting inquiries into enrollments.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and admission targets.
- FOLLOWING UP WITH LEADS TO MAXIMIZE CONVERSIONS.
- BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH STUDENTS AND PARENTS.
- PROVIDING COUNSELING AND GUIDANCE ON COURSE DETAILS AND CAREER BENEFITS.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years in telesales, inside sales, or admission counseling (preferably in EdTech or education sales).
- Strong Communicator: Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and digital communication tools.
- Preferred: Female candidates with a strong sales and customer engagement background.
