  • Key responsibilities will include reviewing financial data, analyzing information memoranda, and producing quality deliverables (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • The selected individual will evaluate deal issues, assess their impact on valuation/price consideration, and provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintaining independent relationships with clients, ensuring risk management compliance, and resolving risk issues are crucial aspects of this role.
  • Contributing to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and building effective teams is also essential.
  • This position involves participating in business development, proposals, and cost estimates, which requires strong analytical and communication skills.
