Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

We are seeking a seasoned SDET/Sr.SDET to contribute to the development and validation of high-performance storage solutions for HPC and AI markets.

This role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on the design, implementation, debugging, and execution of automated and manual software-based tests in a Linux environment using shell tools and scripts.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing both automated and manual test cases to validate product features
  • Running automated and manual tests as needed to validate product defect fixes and functionality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and features
  • Triage test failures on a daily basis
  • Contribution to QA reports and provision of input on release metrics
  • Contributing to and validating product documentation

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience working with component and system-level testing
  • Proven expertise in Linux environments with Python programming language
  • Familiarity with distributed filesystem storage environments
  • Experience with file system, hardware fundamentals, and common protocols (NFS / CIFS)
  • Expertise in storage systems troubleshooting and integration
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to independently prioritize, multitask, and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Parallel File Systems, particularly Lustre, is highly desirable
  • Experience with git, JIRA, Jenkins, and gerrit is preferred
