Lead US Engineering Recruitment Team

Drive growth in our US Engineering Recruitment team as a seasoned leader, leveraging hands-on experience and strong team leadership skills to deliver high-quality recruitment outcomes.

  • Direct and manage a high-performing team of US Engineering Recruiters to meet performance targets.
  • Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies for US-based Engineering roles across multiple clients and industries.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, databases, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, submission deadlines, and quality parameters.
  • Monitor daily/weekly team performance and recruitment metrics.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools, technologies, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US Engineering Recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
  • Deep understanding of US employment types (W2, C2C, 1099), visa classifications, and tax terms.
  • Strong knowledge of job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder) and ATS/CRM tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts aligned to US time zones.
